Exterior Modifications

Homeowners,

Please remember that exterior modifications for the front porch areas need to go thru the Board of Directors prior to any installation. These types of installations are able to be approved if they are within the community wide standard and do not comprimise the structure. Please go to cmg.charleston.com to view your community website and get the ARC application for these types of request.

Thank you,

Aaron Hettesheimer

Community Directory

All,

Recently, an email was sent out to all homeowners informing them about the upcoming Community Directory. Attached to the email was a directory request asking homeowners to update thier contact informaiton and permission to publish this information in a private community directory. The reason it is considered private is because it will only be distributed to homeowners at the Cottages. If you did not recieve this request and would like to provide your personal information please contact Lola Lowe at llowe@cmgcharleston.com and ask her to forward you a directory request to fill out.

Thank you,

Aaron Hettesheimer.

RE: Exterior Painting Notice

Dear Homeowners,

The Cottages of Longborough Horizontal Regime would like to notify all homeowners that on Thursday, July 19, 2012 the painting of decks and all private balconies (these are the balconies that are only accessible by the individual homeowner) will start. Depending on the weather the project should only take a couple of days. Please note that the painters will only be touching up the entrance decks in high traffic areas, but will be painting the entire decking of the private balconies. The painters will be using ladders to access the decks, so please make sure that you clear all obstacles from the balconies, close windows, and be careful of wet paint. The painting vendor will clearly mark the areas that are wet, so please take your time and avoid the taped off areas. The Association appreciates your patience as this routine maintenance is performed.

For further information please contact your Community Manager, Aaron Hettesheimer, at 843-795-8484 ext. 323 or by email at

aaron@cmgcharleston.com .
